Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • All accessories, manuals, and tags must be included.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or received in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Xandra Clicks is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original method of contact (for COD orders, this may be handled via alternative arrangements, such as bank transfer or store credit).

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after the item has been received and approved.

Exchanges

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error

Late or Missing Refunds
